Election Integrity Update - 7/15/2023

Voterga unplug webartWe share a goal to restore trusted elections in Georgia and to that purpose Garland Favorito shared a new presentation: Empowering County Officials with the Legal Authority to Unplug the Dominion Voting System. Garland provided slides and suggested scripts for you and fellow supporters in your county to use when speaking to your Board of Commissioners and Board of Elections.  

David Cross reported on the progress in Spalding County to move to a more transparent voting system and an action item for citizens to speak about election integrity to their county commissioners and state representatives. See the call to action below. 

Garland reviewed the provisions included in the American Confidence in Elections Act to bring transparency to our elections and why VoterGA supports this Federal legislation introduced by the Committee on House Administration last week.   

Beth Majeroni gave details from Chatham County where she was removed from her county Board of Elections meeting after demanding compliance with a Grand Jury order for the release of election records. Sarah Thompson gave us an update from Bulloch and the reviewed the spoiled ballot argument in her election challenge.

Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 7/8/2023


CHA.jpegOn yesterday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall Caleb Hays, General Counsel & Deputy Staff Director of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on House Administration (CHA), discussed the American Confidence in Elections Act, the new federal election integrity bill. Caleb took questions from listeners, and announced the Committee’s Press Conference on the bill happening Monday, July 10th at 11:30 a.m. at the Marietta Diner at 306 Cobb Pkwy S, Marietta, GA 30060. We need as many election integrity activists to attend the Press Conference and/or the CHA Full Committee Field Hearing on Monday, July 10th at 2:30 pm at the Champions Club Parc Stadium 755 Hank Aaron Dr. SE, Atlanta, GA 30315.  The hearing will also be live streamed at this link and on YouTube.  

In advancing its platform the Constitution Party of Georgia supports leaders who are exercising our God-given liberties to restore our republic.  On this Tele-Town Hall Mike Ring, CEO of Old Glory Bank, highlighted the importance of cancel-free banking in today’s culture. Rhonda Thomas, president of Truth In Education and advisor with Public School Exit reported on exposing the fraudulent “education system” and helping families and communities replace it with real education.  And Harvey Wysong, former National Spokesman with the Fully Informed Jury Association, helped equip us all to responsibly serve on a trial jury.
