Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 5/9/2026

On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Garland Favorito discussed the details of Judge Boulee’s denial of Fulton County’s attempt to have the FBI return the 2020 election records, along with what we expect may happen next. He also covered the judge’s ruling in the Raffensperger candidacy challenge, why it has been appealed, and where the case currently stands.

Tamara Favorito provided a breakdown of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Louisiana redistricting decision and its possible broader impact.

Due to time constraints, my segment on “Navigating the Primary Election” will be rescheduled for a future meeting.

Use the link below to view the May 9th Statewide Tele-Town Hall if you missed it.  The recording will be available for 14 days after the call.

P.S. The unethical prosecution of Tina Peters resulted in an unprecedented 9-year prison sentence for the victimless “crime” of having an IT professional observe a Dominion Voting System upgrade in 2021. Click here to petition Colorado Governor Polis to correct this wrong.
