Statewide Tele-Town Hall - April 12, 2025
The monthly statewide Tele-Town Halls are public events where persons interested in the party can hear about the party's history and activities here in Georgia, and learn how to get involved.
This month's statewide Tele-Town Hall will provide an update on party activities here in Georgia, as well as commentary on current political topics such as election integrity, immigration, religious liberty, gun control, surveillance, taxation and debt. Activists from around the state will give updates on what the party is doing. But most importantly this will give you an opportunity to ask questions about the party.
With the growing discontent with the two-party establishment, concerned voters are seeking out the Constitution Party. This is an opportunity for supporters and activists to introduce friends and family to the party.

On last Saturday’s CP-GA Tele-town Hall, Garland Favorito presented to us all that’s wrong with the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a nonprofit organization that assists states in supposedly improving the accuracy of their voter rolls, and our efforts to end Georgia’s participation with it with HB 215 (click for slides). Garland also gave us an update on this week’s activity at the Capitol and discussed HB 113, which bans contracts with adversarial countries and the attempt to include language that would ban Georgia’s contract with Dominion Voting Systems. We also heard from Don Webb from Americans for Prosperity-Georgia who informed us about the upcoming February Day citizen lobbying event at the Capitol on February 18th.
Constitution Party 2016 Presidential candidate Darrell Castle discussed how President Trump is advancing key elements of the Constitution Party platform. He described the struggle within the Republican Party since President Nixon to restore constitutional governance, how he and prior Constitution Party candidates called for decisive executive leadership, how President Trump is actually advancing the Constitution Party’s platform, and discussed why this fight must extend down to the county level today.

ParentsUSA Attorney David DeLugas reported on the status of prosecution against Brittany Patterson, the small-town Georgia mom who was arrested for letting her son walk 1 mile into their town (population 370). David also updated us on parental rights legislation ParentsUSA is advocating to prevent such injustices from occurring with the “The Georgia Parents, Children, Child Welfare, and Law Enforcement Protection Act” (working title). For details on why this legislation is needed, click here.

On this Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia Tele-Town Hall Garland, Tamara, and I expressed our gratitude to all our supporters who stepped up as poll watchers and poll workers in this general election. After the call I rejoined the Constitution Party National Committee meeting in Raleigh, NC in progress, and in my presentation that afternoon to committeemen and guests did the same and highlighted some of our accomplishments.

Garland also reflected about what this election year means to VoterGA and the focus of our efforts going forward for further election integrity. We must remain vigilant, and both VoterGA and the Constitution Party of Georgia are ready to serve with you all in advancing election integrity in every county in Georgia.

Write the State Election Board members before August 19!
We need to support Rule 183-1-12-.12 Change. This rule change:
-
Creates a standard procedure for counties to comply with GA Code 21-2-403(b)
-
That law mandates reconciliation of voters who voted to total ballots cast for all types of voting prior to certification of election results
-
Counties will create complete list of all unique voters who participated in an election
- Board members responsible for certification can examine all election related documents before they attest to the true and accurate results
- Helps detect double scanning of ballots that occurred in the 2020 election.
