Election Integrity Update - 6/20/2026

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Garland and Tamara broadcast live from the Capitol while we waited for the Senate to vote on SB 3EX. Garland gave us a breakdown of the provisions in the bill to kick the can on the QR Code and delay securing Georgia’s elections to 2028. He informed us on the apparent support for the bill in the legislature and proposed a change to insert some security measures in the bill. He toured the Capitol with other election integrity activists and showed us some historical artifacts of previous elections.
We also played a video of Tina Peters appearance in the Lift Tina Telethon held for her last week by Sovereign Radio. Plus, Jason Frazier updated us on the case before the Georgia Supreme Court seeking to seat him and Julie Adams on the Fulton County Board of Elections.

Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 6/13/2026

On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall, we discussed the hearing over observer access to Secretary Raffensperger’s secret Election Night bunker. We were joined by Cobb County Commissioner Keli Gambrill, whose race was incorrectly reported, to examine how local media outlets posted false primary and runoff election results before Election Day. We also previewed the upcoming Legislative Special Session and VoterGA’s People’s Election Bill, and David Cross updated us on his petition asking the Secretary of State to reexamine Georgia’s Dominion voting system.

Tamara Favorito and Debbie Fisher provided details on the major Election Day poll book problems experienced in Cobb County and other counties across Georgia. Garland also presented VoterGA’s gubernatorial election integrity scorecard, and I demonstrated how voters can navigate election messaging by using research tools and AI to fact-check candidates and campaign claims.

Election Integrity Update - 5/16/2026

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update:
- Tamara Favorito informed us of Governor Polis’ commutation of Tina Peters’ sentence and her upcoming parole release in June.
- David Hancock recapped the State Election Board’s May 14th special meeting, including discussions seeking access to the restricted Election Night bunker. We were also joined by members Jan Johnston and Salleigh Grubbs who answered questions.

Garland Favorito provided an overview of several legal updates, including:
- Georgia’s legislative special session called by Governor Kemp for June 17th to address redistricting and SB 189.
- Vernon Jones’ lawsuit regarding the QR code on the ballot.
- The DOJ lawsuit against the Washington DC Bar Association.
- The bizarre dismissal of VoterGA’s lawsuit against the EAC based on standing.
- VoterGA’s appeal in the Fulton counterfeit ballot case to stop Fulton County from taking attorney’s fees while counterfeit ballots compromised their votes.
My sincere apologies regarding having to cancel my segment, “Navigating the Primary Elections”, due to a scheduling conflict. I had to leave the meeting early to join the Constitution Party’s National Committee in Philadelphia that morning.

Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 5/9/2026
