Election Integrity Update - 4/4/2026

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update we discussed:
- What happened on Sine Die – did the legislature fix Georgia’s elections?
- The Colorado Appeals Court ruling on Tina Peters’ case
Due to the extended discussion on Sine Die we ran out of time to discuss President Trump’s Executive Order 14399, Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections, signed March 31st. We’ll discuss it on our next Election Integrity Update meeting.
PSA: This Executive Order does not impact mail-in ballots for this primary. Voting by mail remains as Georgia’s option for hand-marked paper ballots and is VoterGA’s recommendation to Safeguard Your Ballot: Request your mail-in ballot today, and return it in person to your county elections office on Election Day. For more details see the CP-GA Safe Voting Guide.

Election Integrity Update - 3/7/2026

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito presented a deep dive into SB 568, the bill for hand-marked paper ballots many of us had hoped would crossover this session and reported on the efforts to whip votes for the bill. The legislation included provisions for real audits and recounts, stronger voter list controls, and additional election security measures.
Tamara provided a crossover legislative update, highlighting bills that remain viable and could still serve as vehicles to strengthen election security this year.
Col. Shawn Smith then joined us to discuss amazing new statements from Colorado Governor Polis on Tina Peters' false imprisonment and shared his insights on the corruption within the state government apparently withholding justice for Tina.

Election Integrity Update - 2/21/2026

Here’s a recap of last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update.
Garland Favorito provided highlights of the State Election Board (SEB) February meetings held February 18th and February 19th, and announced his new SEB complaint against Fulton County for claiming four times in response to his 2024 and 2025 ORRs that they did not have the same ballots the FBI confiscated in 2026. Due to technical difficulties Brant Meadows was unable to join us to discuss his lawsuit against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 2/14/2026
On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall, we featured the following speakers.
- Rhonda Thomas from Truth in Education explained SB74 which aims to hold school libraries accountable by removing their exemption from Georgia’s harmful-to-minors obscenity laws, ensuring graphic sexual or obscene materials are not accessible to children in schools.
- Garland Favorito from VoterGA walked us through the affidavit tied to the Fulton County raid on 2020 election records and outlined key claims.
- Amie Anderson provided an update on HB 350, a bill that would expand Georgia’s Safe Place for Newborns law by authorizing secure baby safety devices (often called "baby boxes") as additional safe surrender options to protect infants and support mothers without fear of prosecution.
- Wes Fuller from Operation Gospel informed us of HB 441, the Georgia Prenatal Equal Protection Act, and the upcoming Press Conference/Rally on Friday, February 20th at 1 p.m. at the State Capitol to urge Speaker Burns to grant the bill a hearing. Click here to support HB 441.
We also highlighted HB 1069, the Induced Termination Data Publication bill sponsored by Representative Emory Dunahoo, which would require the Georgia Department of Public Health to publicly release and maintain comprehensive statistical reports on induced terminations of pregnancy to enhance transparency and informed oversight. Please email Representative Dunahoo to thank him and support HB 1069.
Tamara Favorito reminded us that Tina Peters has now been in jail for 500 days. Steve Bannon’s WarRoom special report “The 500 Days of Tina Peters” was starting as we ended the Tele-Town Hall, so we held a watch party in the Overtime segment after the main program to view and discuss during his show.
To clarify a potential misunderstanding: Tania stated in the meeting chat that a Gwinnett County Board of Elections member has talked about either using the SAVE database or has asked about using it to manage voter registrations, not that it is definitively in use. I acknowledged that and commented on mic that member “has been putting the word out there over in Gwinnett County regarding using the SAVE system...”

Election Integrity Update - 2/7/2026
Here’s a recap of last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update.
- Fulton Commissioner Bridget Thorne provided an update on Fulton County’s actions since the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) executed the search warrant for 2020 election documents and her insight on some of the rumors about that day.
- Garland Favorito shared the providential story of how the VoterGA Fulton County counterfeit ballot case filed on December 23, 2020 preserved the ballots past the retention date, making them available as evidence for the FBI to obtain for their case.
- Tamara and Garland Favorito also discussed the recommendations from the House Blue Ribbon Study Committee on Elections, the SB 214 substitute, and ballot on demand printing. There were lively comments from elections officials during this segment.
We also had a lively Overtime segment where we discussed the following.
- Garland reviewed the status of the federal lawsuit against the Election Assistance Commission, explained the potential outcomes, and discussed the response should the Secretary of State refused to comply with a court order favorable to election integrity.
- Fellow election integrity activist Marty Waldman from Nevada outlined a federal policy initiative under discussion that would establish in the arena of elections administration the kinds of audit and accountability standards implemented by Sarbanes-Oxley in the corporate public finance sector.
- Garland and others serving in elections administration commented on the House Blue-Ribbon Study Committee’s recommendations, highlighted problems with how the Committee conducted their business, raised concerns about committee member’s conflicts of interest, and commended the time and effort that organizations and individuals put into providing information critical for the Committee’s task.

Election Integrity Update - 1/31/2026
On Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, we were thrilled to have State Election Board Vice Chair Dr. Jan Johnston join us to share her perspective on this groundbreaking week in the fight for election integrity in Georgia. After 5 years of persistent efforts, including VoterGA's key 2020 lawsuit preserving these records, Fulton County has finally been compelled to hand over the 2020 election materials. As many of you know, the FBI executed a search warrant and seized approximately 700 boxes of 2020 Fulton County election materials, including ballots and related documents. These have been transported to Virginia for analysis.
