On last Saturday’s Tele-Town Hall, Attorney Nicole Myers discussed the Pacific Justice Institute’s current First Amendment and constitutional rights initiatives and legal actions nationwide.
David Cross joined us to report on the State Election Board meetings and his complaint involving unsigned and missing poll tapes for 315,000 votes from Fulton County resulting in a recommended fine of $740,000 to the county. We also discussed the federal Department of Justice’s legal action against the State of Georgia to force them to hand over the 2020 cast ballots and election records.
Garland and Tamara Favorito discussed President Trump’s pardon of Tina Peters after receiving a dramatic pardon application from attorney friend Peter Ticktin explaining the massive corruption in Colorado and Constitutional grounds under which he can grant an enforceable pardon.

Calls to Action
- The Board of Commissioners (BOC) vote to reject both Republican nominees to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections (FCBRE) is both unlawful, partisan and unethical. And now that the Fulton County Republican Party (FCRP) has sued the BOC to do its duty, the BOC’s attorney is using every legal tactic to delay. The Georgia Court of Appeals recently denied the BOC’s request for oral arguments, so a ruling is expected. The BOC attorney is prepared to take this matter to the Georgia Supreme Court! Click here to demand the Fulton County Commissioners to follow their own law and Appoint Jason Frazier and Re-appoint Julie Adams to the FCBRE.
- Unplug Georgia’s Dominion Voting Systems – Support SB 303. Georgia has an opportunity to set the national standard for election integrity with a robust, transparent election system that prioritizes simplicity and accountability over overly complex, costly tech-heavy solutions. P.S. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners (BOC) vote to reject both Republican nominees to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections (FCBRE) was both unlawful, partisan and unethical. After the Republican nominees sued and won in court the BOC is still fighting to deny them the opportunity to serve! Click here to demand the Fulton County Commissioners to follow their own law and appoint Jason Frazier and re-appoint Julie Adams to the FCBRE.
P.P.S. If you are able, please chip in $10 or more today so the CP-GA can cover the cost of meetings and campaigns to keep up the fight for election integrity here in Georgia. Checking the “Monthly” option is an extra boost.
