On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, we discussed how President Trump's comment on Wednesday that he hopes to see the Fulton County 2020 ballots was followed by the notice that a hearing was scheduled for our lawsuit against the clerk of court for violating an ORR for those same ballots.
Bridgett Thorne discussed how she defeated the fake ethics complaint against her by Fulton County Commissioner Dana Barrett.
Garland Favorito recapped the House Blue Ribbon Study Committee meeting held on October 16th in Americus. We highlighted the recommendations from Dr. Jan Johnston with the State Election Board.

Calls to Action
-
Attorney General Carr has decided not to represent State Election Board Vice Chair Jan Johnston despite his obligation to do so. Jan Johnston is targeted by American Oversight in a lawsuit for not responding to Open Records Requests that they sent to the state, that she didn’t receive. Help change his mind! Here’s how:
- Ask him why at his campaign event near you.
- Sponsor an ad in your local paper or on a digital billboard. You find the place; we can help with the artwork.
- Help us coordinate supporters. We are seeking volunteers to find the schedule for his campaign tour or the time and place for his campaign stops.
If you need the wording of what to ask or the artwork for the ad, click to email Tania or text/call 912-509-0945. The sample artwork will be available after the first sponsor contacts. Please allow reasonable time to adjust the artwork to your needs.
- The Board of Commissioners (BOC) vote to reject both Republican nominees to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections (FCBRE) is both unlawful, partisan and unethical.
