On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, ballot integrity analyst Phillip Davis (@mad_liberals) presented examples of shockingly simple hacks of a ballot marking device to alter ballots, part of his presentation Dominion Touchscreen: Simple Hacks, Daunting Recoveries at the August 9, 2025 DEF CON Voting Village. 

Garland and Tamara Favorito joined us from Boston, MA to update us on President Trump’s initiatives to eliminate mail-in ballots and electronic voting, and efforts to free Tina Peters. Tania Sosa and Cindy Youngblood reported on Franklin County’s response to an Open Records Request for 600 dpi copies of original ballots.  

And Fulton County GOP Chair Stephanie Endres reported on the Fulton County Republican Party’s saga for representation in the Board of Registration and Elections (BRE).  After the Democrat commissioners defied a court order to appoint the Republican nominees to the BRE, the Fulton County GOP filed a motion asking the judge to hold the commissioners in civil and criminal contempt. This motion is scheduled to be heard on Wednesday, August 27th at 10:00 a.m. in Superior Court 1-D of the Fulton County Courthouse. Supporters are encouraged to show up and wear red.

P.S. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners (BOC) vote to reject both Republican nominees to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections (FCBRE) was both unlawful, partisan and unethical.  After the Republican nominees sued and won in court the BOC is still fighting to deny them the opportunity to serve! Click here to demand the Fulton County Commissioners to follow their own law and appoint Jason Frazier and re-appoint Julie Adams to the FCBRE.
