On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito reported on the court rulings on the lawsuits filed against provisions in President Trump’s Executive Order 14248 “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections”.  And Tamara Favorito discussed the facts and dispelled the myths about H.R. 22, the SAVE Act.   

Many of you have reached out to the State Election Board regarding SEB2018-104, former State Representative Dan Gasaway’s 2,300-day old complaint filed in 2018 in which he exposed alleged intentional districting inaccuracies impacting the Georgia House District 28 and other local races. And thanks to those who have reached out the Board will hear the case on May 13.  Dan provided a recap on the case and filled us in what the State Election Board has disclosed so far of their investigation.
