On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia Tele-Town Hall Tamara and Garland Favorito provide the highlights of last week’s State Election Board meeting. 

Write the State Election Board members before August 19! 

We need to support Rule 183-1-12-.12 Change. This rule change: 

• Creates a standard procedure for counties to comply with GA Code 21-2-403(b) 
  
• That law mandates reconciliation of voters who voted to total ballots cast for all types of voting prior to certification of election results 
  
• Counties will create complete list of all unique voters who participated in an election 
  
• Board members responsible for certification can examine all election related documents before they attest to the true and accurate results 
• Helps detect double scanning of ballots that occurred in the 2020 election.

Constitution Party vice-presidential candidate Stephen Broden joined us to discuss the Terry/Broden 2024 campaign efforts.  Former Congressman Tom Delay has endorsed his effort stating, “The ‘3-D battle plan’ of the Terry/Broden campaign is political genius! Every Republican should invest in this mission to DEFEND Children, DEFEAT the Democrat nominee and DESTROY the Democrat Party.”  Their compelling and bold campaign TV and radio ads are going up all around the county.
