Election Integrity Update - 01/06/2024

Judge TotenbergOn this Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, we discussed our plans for the opening day of the legislative session: Georgians for Truth held a rally on Monday, January 8th at 10 a.m. in Liberty Plaza (click here for the livestream), and we will be visiting legislative offices in the afternoon to deliver a special report and advocate for our legislative agenda explained at the VoterGA.org home page. Bill Quinn updated us on the recent True the Vote federal court case victory against Fair Fight Action and Marc Elias-led attorneys regarding the cleaning of Georgia voter rolls.

In addition, Garland and I presented an overview of the Curling v. Raffensperger court case. I am one of the plaintiffs in this 6-year-old case that will go to trial for about three weeks beginning on January 9th.  Click here for the slides.

And of course, on January 6th we paid tribute to many J6ers who have been imprisoned for years by the federal government without proper legal due process.  Arizona’s Jeff Zink joined us with some good news on his son Ryan and previewed the America Project’s Patriot Day gala in New York.

P.S.  The indictment filed against President Donald J. Trump and 18 Americans by the Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is a direct attack on the integrity of our elections and the republican form of government guaranteed by our federal and state constitutions.  Failure to act now will imperil the 2024 elections.  We’ve met our initial goal and need more folks involved to motivate our legislators. Click on this link to support an investigation on Fani Willis and share with others!

P.P.S.  If you are able, please chip in $10 or more today so the CP-GA can cover the cost of meetings and campaigns to keep up the fight for election integrity here in Georgia.  Checking the “Monthly” option is an extra boost.
