During this video conference update Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VOTER-GA) Executive Director Garland Favorito will explain the details of their lawsuit filed Tuesday and take questions. VOTER-GA organized group of voters from around the state to file an emergency lawsuit against the Fulton County Elections Director and Election Board members. The lawsuit demands an immediate forensic inspection of the illegally scanned, hidden mail-in ballots processed after monitors at the State Farm Arena were told that scanning would stop for the night.
Garland will explain why this lawsuit may succeed while other elections lawsuits have been dismissed.
