Former Judge Paul Nally will be offering a course on the Constitution of the State of Georgia. The course is estimated to run for 6 sessions.
Please read Article 1 for the first meeting.
For week 2 and 3, please read Article 1 Sections 2, 3, and 4 and OCGA 16-6-20. Reading section 4 with OCGA 16-6-20 will illustrate why it's important to read the Constitution and Georgia code together to understand what the law says. Bring your sense of humor!
For week 4 we'll be talking Article 2.
