Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee Hearing
This hearing is for witnesses to provide testimony of irregular election activity, and starts at 1:00 p.m. December 3rd at the Georgia Capitol Building, Room 450, on the 4th floor.
Chairman William Ligon hopes to be able to give everyone the opportunity to offer both their verbal testimony and their written testimony and exhibits during the afternoon session of the Judiciary Subcommittee. However, there is no guarantee that everyone will be able to speak before the meeting adjourns, but he hopes to be able to retain the meeting room until 7:00 p.m. The President’s legal team is also scheduled to offer testimony to the committee.
You can submit a statement or request to speak for 2 or 3 minutes or possibly longer. If you speak please limit your comments to statements primarily to irregularities that could impact the outcome of the election. In order to prepare, please CLICK HERE to review the newly updated instructions. If you have other process issues you would like to bring to the attention of the committee please put them in a written statement and email them to Sen. Ligon.
