Forum on the Role and Power of the Local Grand Jury

This month's Canton TEA Party Meeting concludes the series on the local judiciary.  Learn the role of the local Grand Jury and our responsibilities as American citizens.  Board member Carolyn Cosby noted, "Our citizenship involves much more than just voting.  It is our duty to be the final arbiters of what is constitutional and thus lawful."  The ignorance of our rights sets us up for the loss of our liberties!

The meeting will begin with a dinner catered by Williams Bros. BBQ.  Contact Carolyn today at (770) 735-1568 to RSVP for dinner; a suggested $10 donation will be collected at the door.

The forum will begin at 7 p.m. with a panel discussion including Judge Paul Nally, Mike Scupin of the Lanier TEA Party, and CP-Ga State Chairman Ricardo Davis.  Each panel member will have a 10 minute opening statement. A lively interactive period of comments and questions from the audience will fill the balance of the meeting. The format will set one minute per comment/question, 3 minutes per answer. This is an educational opportunity and not a debate.

We look forward to seeing you there!
