The Cherokee TEA Party has planned this as a TEA Party Family picnic. If you thought you had fun at our Cherokee TEA Party Patriots Christmas Party at Jerseys Sports Bar & Grill, where we had an overflow crowd of around 200, YOU AIN’T SEEN NOTHING YET! Wait till you come to our picnic!

AS A TEA PARTY MEMBER, YOU CAN INVITE A NEIGHBOR OR FRIEND AND THEIR FAMILIES TO OUR PICNIC. REMEMBER, THIS IS A FAMILY PICNIC SO… BRING THE KIDS!

ACTIVITIES: *Raffle drawings throughout the day *A piñata *Sack races *Egg throwing contest- one for kids and one for adults *There will be prizes for all events
MENU: *Hot Dogs *Hamburger *Potato salad *Baked beans *Cokes *Iced water *Iced Tea *Plus any deserts you care to bring.
RAFFLE PRIZES: (partial list) Dinners for Two, Pledge of Allegiance T-shirts, Our New T & Golf shirts, Tea Party Go-Mugs, Tea Party pens, One print of Reagan, by TEA party artist Steven Penley, etc. 
COST: Suggested Donation for ADVANCE tickets $8.00 for adults, children under 12, $4.00. CHILDREN UNDER 6 FREE… BUT DON’T WAIT-Tickets at the door will be $15.00 PER ADULT, $5.00 for children under 12. Get your advance tickets by coming to our next meeting Aug 16, or send a check made out to me at: Conrad Quagliaroli, 307 Hillpine Dr, Woodstock, GA 30189 (the Cherokee TEA Party does not have its own bank account).  This subsidized price was made possible by the sponsors we had through the year that paid the rental at Latimer Hall and the people who volunteered to cook this year.

I will be at the Dunkin Donuts on Towne Lake Pkwy (exit 8 off 575) from 5-7:00pm on Monday, Aug. 24; 12-1:00pm, Tuesday Aug. 25; and 5-7:00pm on Wednesday, Aug. 26; with advance priced tickets to save you money!

Please help yourself and the picnic planners and buy your tickets early as we need to give the “chefs” a count before the event to avoid either, running out of food or paying for food not needed.

If you wait till the day of the picnic, suggested donation for tickets at the door will be $15.00 PER ADULT and children under 12 will be $5.00 - there are no will call tickets …SO PLEASE, BUY YOUR TICKETS ASAP
