The CP-GA uses Zoom Video Conferencing for its online meetings. After you RSVP for a meeting on the CP-GA website then you should get an email confirmation response with the Zoom meeting information: web link, phone dial-in info, etc. Please don't forward your RSVP confirmation email to others, they could accidentally change or cancel your RSVP.
If you do not receive the RSVP confirmation email then please check your spam or junk email folder. Note that some email clients (like Gmail) may automatically move the confirmation email out of your inbox, check your email provider on how to adjust this behavior. If it appears the confirmation email was not delivered then first contact your email provider technical support for assistance. If they confirm the email was not delivered then please contact us at 404-994-3586 for assistance.
You can also use the "text to RSVP option" so that the meeting information can be sent to you via text message.

If you registered for a conference call then it is important that you check your name in Zoom Conferencing before joining the call. For information how to check and update your name: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-meeting. If you are joining via phone then please call in from the same number used when you registered for the event. If you do not then while you are in the Zoom Conference waiting room you may be contacted via Zoom chat or text message by a meeting assistant to confirm your identity.
