Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 3/11/2023
Our state legislative work continues! On this month’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Tele-Town Hall Garland Favorito updated us on the status of the election integrity bills, I reported on the Prenatal Equal Protection Act (HB 496), and Dr. Tiffany Flock reported on legislation related to medical freedom. Party member and city council candidate Dr. Earl Martin updated us on his efforts in Waycross to build the Constitution Party by becoming involved in local politics and actions he’s taken to influence the Waycross City and Ware County Commissioners, such as expediting hiring critical staff, condemning abandoned houses, expediting the repair of roads, and providing professional testimony on the topic of Ware County requiring COVID-19 vaccines for school attendance. Use the link below to view the March 11 Statewide Tele-Town Hall if you missed it or want to share it with friends and family. The recording will be available for 14 days after the call.
Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 1/14/2023
On Saturday’s Tele-Town Hall we covered several areas of interest in health care, election integrity, and higher education. This is all part of the Constitution Party of Georgia’s effort to advance “integrity, liberty, and prosperity.”
I started by reminding supporters that it is critical to show up to this year’s Georgia March for Life on Friday, January 20th. Georgia Right to Life (GRTL) is organizing a memorial to remember the thousands of preborn children a month who have died under current Georgia law. Join us as we march and rally to demand justice for our preborn neighbors by way of legal personhood, giving them the full and equal protection that they deserve as image bearers of God.
Drs. Peter McCullough and Rhett Bergeron were our first guests. Dr. Bergeron of Real Health Medical and organizer of the Faith & Medicine Conference happening February 3-4, 2023 in Cumming, introduced the event. Dr. McCullough, Friday’s keynote speaker, shared what motivates him to stay in the fight for medical freedom. He is an internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist managing the cardiovascular complications of both the viral infection and the injuries developing after the COVID-19 vaccine. The extended Q&A time is worth hearing! Register before the event sells out! For $29 off registration, use this discount code: VoterGAFAM23.

On last Saturday’s CP-GA Statewide Tele-Town Hall the focus was on the party’s efforts supporting election integrity. Garland Favorito updated us on the Fulton County School Board legal challenge and lessons learned from the U.S. Senate run-off election. Matt Braynard with Look Ahead America introduced his organization’s work and his team’s preliminary analysis that 3,496 illegal ballots were likely cast.

On Saturday’s CP-GA Statewide Tele-Town Hall we were joined by Kevin Grindlay who highlighted points in his rebuttal to a letter sent by the Marc Elias Law Group to Georgia election officials apparently to intimidate them from removing invalid names on the county voter registration rolls. Click here to read Kevin’s full response and share it as a resource for fellow patriots who want to work with counties to clean up voter registration rolls. Kevin was a candidate in the GOP 2022 Primary race for State Senate – District 48 and was recommended by the CP-GA to our supporters, and we continue to support his election integrity efforts.
We then heard from Merrybelle Hodges and Kim Brooks who led the team that analyzed the entire Gwinnett County voter registration rolls for the 2020 general election and found the following:
- over 93,000 of 625,000 voters didn’t live at their registered address,
- 2700 of the addresses were nonexistent,
- over 2600 duplicate voters,
- 1500 voters who had moved out of the county to other states,
- inactive voters credited for voting,
- voters that are not on the voter roll in any county in Georgia before or after the election,
- and many discrepancies in voter history.

In total their team submitted affidavits to challenge 37,500 voter roll entries including 20,000 that were credited for voting in the 2020 general election.
If you are interested in challenging the election board in your county and would like a sample affidavit, click here to contact Kim and Merrybelle’s team.

On this week’s Constitution Party of Georgia Statewide Tele-Town Hall we discussed the party’s statement on the recent FBI raid at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and heard commentary by Garland Favorito and Attorney General candidate John Gordon.
I provided an update on the Georgians Against Abortion coalition’s effort to have Governor Kemp call a special session to vote on the Personhood Amendment to our state constitution. We reviewed lessons learned from the election result against protecting preborn life in Kansas earlier this month. You can view the petition calling for a special session at grtlpetitions.online. Please take a moment to sign it and share it with other pro-life supporters.

On Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall Mark Davis, president of Data Productions Inc., gave a stunning presentation titled “Georgia’s Perpetual Voter Fraud.” He discussed Georgia’s registered voter rolls and residency issues that compromised the integrity of the 2020 General Election, and outlined his proposed solutions to resolve these issues. Mark responded to Secretary of State Raffensperger’s denial of these issues, commented on the Fair Fight v. True the Vote lawsuit, and decidedly answered attendees’ questions.

On Thursday, June 9th, Garland Favorito from Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results (VoterGA) held a press conference in Roswell to discuss vote count failures in the 2022 primaries. Inquiries about those failures were mishandled, which eroded the electorate’s confidence in the voting systems, and showed maladministration of our elections. Garland provided details of how Secretary of State Raffensberger’s legal counsel is actively fighting transparency in 2022. Question: could the fact that a hand count audit in one metro-Atlanta precinct found that the voting system awarded Raffensberger 15% more votes than the voters selected have anything to do with it?

On Monday VoterGA held their most important press conference yet, presenting evidence that thousands of Fulton County ballot images used to tabulate the votes were electronically manipulated prior to certification of the November 2020 election. On last Saturday’s CP-GA Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Garland Favorito and team presented a condensed version of the presentation. These revelations demand an audit of the 2020 elections and effective changes to Georgia law to protect the 2022 elections!

During this month’s Constitution Party of Georgia Statewide Tele-Town Hall Garland Favorito updated us on the lawsuit filed by VoterGA and State Rep. Phillip Singleton to permanently ban the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 election system in the state of Georgia. The first hearing is December 15th at 9:00 a.m. in Fulton County Superior Court, Judge Kimberly Esmond Adams presiding. Attorney General (AG) Chris Carr’s office will attempt to get the case dismissed even though the U.S. District court found that the system violates Georgia law. Garland addressed the constitutional and statutory authority the Governor, Kemp, Attorney General Carr, and General Assembly have to conduct a detailed audit of the 2020 election now to ensure confidence that the 2022 elections will be free of fraud. If you haven’t let your elected officials know your demand for an audit, use this link to do so and share it with your concerned friends: https://www.gaconstitutionparty.org/2020_forensic_audit.
