On last Saturday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Marly Hornik co-founder of United Sovereign Americans spoke to us about her organization’s multi-state legal strategy and the lawsuit against Brad Raffensperger, Chris Carr, and Merrick Garland for failing to ensure that voter rolls are maintained properly or that ballots cast and voters voted are correctly reconciled to meet federal and state standards.
Since 1987, National Life Chain has organized believers to gather nationwide on the first Sunday of every October to prayerfully stand for life. Duane Hack, chapter leader of West Georgia Right to Life and sponsor of the Stand for Life event held in Carrollton, joined us to speak about the need to stand and the impact it has on the community. The Constitution Party of Georgia endorses this effort and encourages all our supporters to consider participating this year.

On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia Tele-Town Hall Tamara and Garland Favorito provide the highlights of last week’s State Election Board meeting.
Write the State Election Board members before August 19!
We need to support Rule 183-1-12-.12 Change. This rule change:
-
Creates a standard procedure for counties to comply with GA Code 21-2-403(b)
-
That law mandates reconciliation of voters who voted to total ballots cast for all types of voting prior to certification of election results
-
Counties will create complete list of all unique voters who participated in an election
- Board members responsible for certification can examine all election related documents before they attest to the true and accurate results
- Helps detect double scanning of ballots that occurred in the 2020 election.

Constitution Party vice-presidential candidate Stephen Broden joined us to discuss the Terry/Broden 2024 campaign efforts. Former Congressman Tom Delay has endorsed his effort stating, “The ‘3-D battle plan’ of the Terry/Broden campaign is political genius! Every Republican should invest in this mission to DEFEND Children, DEFEAT the Democrat nominee and DESTROY the Democrat Party.” Their compelling and bold campaign TV and radio ads are going up all around the county.
Laurel Brooks with My Faith Votes also joined in and introduced the Write Now 2024 campaign to turn out Christians to vote. And Rhonda Thomas highlighted the issues that will be covered in Truth In Education's upcoming Truth In Education Summit on August 24th at First Baptist Church of Atlanta. On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Tele-Town Hall, Attorney Bradley Pierce joined us to discuss the new documentary Abortion Free exposing what’s happening in post-Roe America. This discussion was timely given the recent changes to the GOP national party platform, and why some major state and national pro-life organizations have contributed to this disturbing and stunning reversal.
Garland Favorito updated us on the July 9th State Election Board meeting and told us about the testimony from three technology experts who corroborated the claims in the Moncla and Rossi complaint from 2020 and destroyed the report by the Secretary of State investigators heard by the State Election board in their May 7th meeting. Click here for Garland’s presentation to the State Election Board exposing the SOS’s fake investigation. He followed up with the Fulton County Board of Elections and Registrations meeting on July 11th where Garland challenged Fulton County to show us the ballots and Tamara Favorito dared Fulton County to hear the experts.
We were also joined by Sharlene Alexander and David Hancock regarding rules amendment petitions that were accepted by the State Board of Elections. On last Saturday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Catherine Bernard and Tim Adderholdt discussed the felony warrant application affidavit filed against Brad Raffensperger in Cherokee County. Tim’s efforts are an example of how citizens who take an interest in understanding election law and execution can be effective in challenging criminal malfeasance by government officials.
We were also joined by Vernadette Broyles from the Children and Parental Rights Campaign. She provided some real-life examples of how the transgender movement is upending families and how the Campaign is working to defend the rights of parents to protect their children. Vernadette introduced us to the upcoming Children’s, Youth, & Young Adult Pastors Transgender Response Seminar in Norcross.
I provided an update in the Curling v. Raffensperger case, summarizing the Judicial Notice I provided the court regarding the impact of new election integrity laws enacted this year.

May 8 was Governor Kemp’s deadline to sign or veto the bills passed during the 2024 legislative session into law. On last Saturday’s Tele-town Hall, Georgia’s State Freedom Caucus Director Mallory Staples reported on the fate of bills impacting our liberties, and I provided an update on the successful outcome of our Make Georgia the Election Integrity Leader campaign. David Ellerbrock introduced us to Project Appleseed and their goal to promote civic responsibility through the teaching of colonial history and the American tradition of rifle marksmanship. Click here for a list of their upcoming events in Georgia.
David Cross discussed last week’s State Election Board (SEB) meetings, especially the outcome of complaint SEB2023-025. Despite finding over 140 violations of state election law, the SEB refused to refer the case to the Attorney General for investigation and the chairman ruled two motions to reconsider out of order. David Hancock spoke about some promising rules changes to the election certification process discussed during the SEB meeting.

Mallory Staples was ill and not able to join the Town Hall, please pray for her quick recovery.
In his presentation Lt. Colonel Bob Goodrich (U.S. Army-Retired), state chairman of the Constitution Party of Pennsylvania, spoke about serving the last 10 years as an elected township supervisor in Osceola and how the party’s principles guide his work within local government. I’ve often stated that the American republic will be restored from the ground up, community by community and Bob provided wisdom and concrete examples of how we can do this in Georgia!
We often speak of the colonial “Black Robed Regiment” and their instrumental role in America’s Founding era. Kevin Parker reported on the recent Liberty Pastors Conference at St. Simon’s Island to educate pastors from around the country about liberty issues that impact their congregation. Please pray for much fruitful ministry and community impact from this effort! And I closed by highlighting how the CP-GA Platform is explicitly built upon the message those pastors received.

On last Saturday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall we highlighted fellow patriots’ efforts to advance integrity, liberty, and prosperity as articulated in the Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) platform.
Since 2020 there has been increased alarm regarding what students are being taught in public schools and the dismissive attitude of teachers and school administrators towards parental rights. The CP-GA supports educational freedom and desires to amplify the hard work of organizations building God-honoring education options for our posterity. Wayne Morrow with Freedom Project Academy (FPA) and Krisi Brannen with The King’s Academy (TKA) shared how you can help children and grandchildren receive a great educational experience.
FPA leverages technology to provide remote live K-12 instruction in a number of academic tracks, including Summer School options. Wayne highlighted their Partnership Program where they help churches across the country to provide fully accredited, Biblically-based, K-12 online classes that allow every church that sits empty Monday through Friday to start their own school.
TKA in Cherokee County, Georgia is a national leader in the hybrid education model, and is one of the largest private Christian schools in the metro Atlanta area. TKA provides all the benefits of a private school education at a fraction of the cost, while dedicated to parent-partnered, biblically-based, Christian education. Contact TKA if you are interested in enrolling or learning more about how to replicate their successes in your community.
Christina Benjamin shared her pro-life advocacy efforts and interactions with her Senator, showing us an example we can all follow. And Mallory Staples with the Georgia Freedom Caucus provided a update on legislative efforts we need to support as the current session comes to an end. Garland Favorito reviewed HB 974, HB 977 and HB 1207 and discussed VoterGA’s proposed changes to current bills to secure our elections. At the time of the call, these bills were scheduled to be heard by the Senate Ethics Committee on Monday, May 11 but that meeting was canceled.

This Saturday’s Tele-town Hall was a prelude to the Constitution Party of Georgia State Convention. Garland Favorito presented an overview of publicly available evidence that my attorney David Oles and I placed on the record during the Curling v. Raffensperger trial. Garland served as my advisor during the four-week trial, attended the trial daily, and shared first-hand knowledge of the evidence. Then Victoria Cruz reported on the election integrity legislation activity this past week (click here for file). We were then joined by U.S. Congressional candidate for Arizona Jeff Zink who spoke about “The Need & Support For The Black Robed Regiment.” That is, why Christian leaders are needed today in each state and county, and why we need to support their efforts.

On this week’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall, we highlighted the foundation of the American Republic. In the Constitution Party’s National Platform, the Preamble states, “This great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions but on a foundation of Christian principles and values.” Pastor Matt Trewhella, author of The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates (video), spoke about that foundation which includes the God-given right that a lower-ranking civil authority has to refuse the execution of unjust or immoral laws, policies, or court opinions of a higher-ranking civil authority, that is the right to defy tyrants. He will give away a copy of his book “The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates” to one of our supporters on the call and we will announce the winner next Saturday.
As you are most likely aware, the Curling v. Raffensperger case was in court last week and is expected to continue for an additional two weeks. I (as one of the plaintiffs in this case joining in my official capacity as State Chairman of the CP-GA) was joined by Tamara and Garland to report on the first week of the trial. Also, John Eastman called in to talk about his upcoming presentation on “Orwellian Dystopia - 1984 Comes to 2024” to be held next Saturday, January 20th at noon in the Main Event Room at Roswell Office Suites, 760 Old Roswell Rd., Roswell, GA 30076.
Then Gen Wilson from Georgia Right to Life informed us of their legislative efforts to protect prenatal life in preparation for the 2024 Session, and Brooke Robyck told us about the upcoming Georgia Stand for Life Rally to be held in Atlanta on January 26 (click here for slides).
