Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 7/8/2023
On yesterday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall Caleb Hays, General Counsel & Deputy Staff Director of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on House Administration (CHA), discussed the American Confidence in Elections Act, the new federal election integrity bill. Caleb took questions from listeners, and announced the Committee’s Press Conference on the bill happening Monday, July 10th at 11:30 a.m. at the Marietta Diner at 306 Cobb Pkwy S, Marietta, GA 30060. We need as many election integrity activists to attend the Press Conference and/or the CHA Full Committee Field Hearing on Monday, July 10th at 2:30 pm at the Champions Club Parc Stadium 755 Hank Aaron Dr. SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. The hearing will also be live streamed at this link and on YouTube.
In advancing its platform the Constitution Party of Georgia supports leaders who are exercising our God-given liberties to restore our republic. On this Tele-Town Hall Mike Ring, CEO of Old Glory Bank, highlighted the importance of cancel-free banking in today’s culture. Rhonda Thomas, president of Truth In Education and advisor with Public School Exit reported on exposing the fraudulent “education system” and helping families and communities replace it with real education. And Harvey Wysong, former National Spokesman with the Fully Informed Jury Association, helped equip us all to responsibly serve on a trial jury.

Election Integrity Update - 6/24/2023
We saw a lot of election integrity action last week! Julie Adams from Tea Party Patriots reported on the outcome of Jason Frazier’s re-nomination to the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Election on the June 21st Fulton County Board of Commissioners meeting. Jason’s nomination by the Fulton GOP received heavy backlash from leftist activist groups due to his work challenging illegal voter roll entries and submitting corrections to incorrect entries.
Ted Metz reported on the State Election Board hearing on June 20 (day 1) and June 21 (day 2) where several election claims and petitions were reviewed including the official complaint on the lined paper ballot in Spalding, questions involving the Dominion Voting System update, and the petition by Marilyn Marks and the Coalition for Good Governance to address voting system vulnerabilities.
We also heard from Garland Favorito who first gave us a recap of the GOP Convention where concern over election integrity was at the forefront. He followed with his response to the release Halderman Report by fact-checking "Setting the Election Security Record Straight", the Secretary of State’s letter to the Georgia Assembly and election directors. Garland shared his response letter to election directors and fact-check documentation showing that Secretary Raffensperger’s pants are on fire. He also reviewed the problems of the MITRE report. The latest development in the Curling, et. al. v. Raffensperger lawsuit was unsealing of the 96-page “Halderman Report” that describes numerous security gaps affecting Dominion touchscreen voting equipment used in Georgia and other states. Garland Favorito reviewed the key vulnerabilities uncovered in the report which must be dealt with prior to the 2024 election cycle. Dr. Halderman has posted a summary of the Report’s findings to share.
Mark Cook, one of the forensic computer systems analysts for Tina Peters in Colorado, joined us with a comprehensive overview of the problems with our computerized election systems including a live demonstration of the voting system’s vulnerabilities. This week’s Election Integrity Update is one to watch! Matt Rowenczak updated us on attempts by a Fulton County Commissioner and leftist activists to block the two nominees for Board of Registration and Elections (BRE) lawfully designated by the GOP. The Fulton County BOC has received 150 emails against Jason Frazier's nomination for his work challenging illegal voter roll records, email the Fulton County BOC in support of Jason Frazier and Mike Heekin and ask that the BOC follow the law. Milton City Council member Rick Mohrig and researcher Lisa Cauley spoke about their feasibility study of the City of Milton for conducting their own municipal elections, a presentation demonstrating outstanding cost savings for the city. As Rick Mohrig stated on the call the savings is actually even greater than what was presented in December 2022. Rick did some additional research to determine the cost savings for initial startup will be well over $200K for this city of 31,000 registered voters. This study resulted in a unanimous vote for the City of Milton to run their own municipal elections independent of Fulton County.
In addition, Chris Gleason, whose data from Maryland was used by O'Keefe Media Group to expose the “Campaign Finance Mules” smurfing donations to Act Blue and other campaigns across the country, spoke about his research. His investigation into the Warnock campaign led to the return of $670,000 donations. VoterGA unveiled a new election integrity and transparency campaign “Unplug, Unseal, Unleash Georgia” to be launched at the Georgia GOP State Convention. Garland Favorito announced our press conference to be held on Tuesday to announce two initiatives by the plaintiffs in the Fulton County Ballot Inspection case. In addition, Linda Rantz from Cause of America Missouri joined to present actual evidence that hand-counted ballot tabulation is practical. We also heard from Danielle Hagen, a volunteer with We the People AZ Alliance, reported on the Kari Lake election case in Arizona. Election integrity supporters gained great momentum with big wins at the District GOP Conventions! On our Election Integrity Update, Nathaniel Darnell reported on the District GOP Convention's efforts to advance transparency and accountability, Kandiss Taylor and Jason Piona provided details of their conventions’ wins and efforts towards secure elections.
Garland Favorito presented VoterGA’s Resolution that was read at the GRA Endorsement Convention for a hand-counted paper ballots, transparent and verifiable voting system. We also announced a fundraiser to get VoterGA an educational outreach booth at the State GOP Convention. We raised the funds needed before the end of the day!
William Quinn shared details regarding the dismissal of Konnech’s lawsuit against True the Vote. Hank Sullivan talked about his research into SB 221 from 2021 which was signed into Georgia law allowing the governor to raise unlimited funds from any source, including out-of-state corporate entities, specifically to affect the outcome of any election. Tania Sosa connected this law with the appearance of new organizations appearing in the aftermath of some GOP county conventions.

On Saturday’s election integrity update Garland Favorito reviewed some current elections-related events including Jacqueline Breger’s testimony at the Arizona Senate Elections and House Municipal Oversight & Elections committees on Feb. 23, and the expulsion of Representative Liz Harris from the Arizona House of Representatives last week. Garland and Judge Paul Nally then held a discussion regarding President Trump’s indictment by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and the authority of Congress and the House Judiciary Committee to investigate.
Tim Adderholdt talked about the constitutionality of the involvement of county political parties in the selection of county Board of Elections members. His petition to challenge this process in Cherokee County was met by the introduction of HB 642.
