If you are planning to attend the Senate Ethics Committee Meeting on Wednesday, November 1st then note that the meeting time has been changed.

There will be no morning session of the committee's meeting.

We need election integrity supporters like you present to support the effort to "unplug" the current electronic voting system and moving to hand marked publicly recorded hand counted paper ballots. Wear your election integrity-themed shirts and caps!
The committee hearing will have time for public comments and the senators need to hear from you! VoterGA has created some example scripts (in Microsoft Word and PDF formats), whether you modify these or create your own make sure you can say your comments within your allotted 2-minute time period. Please be respectful yet firm and resolute in calling them to restore integrity to the 2024 elections.
Election Integrity Update - 10/21/2023
On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Tamara Favorito reported on a new bill that will provide in-person voters with a hand-marked paper ballot option. The bill, sponsored by Georgia State Senator Max Burns, will be heard in a special fall Ethics committee meeting on Wednesday, November 1. We need to pack the room with election integrity and transparency supporters! Wear your election integrity t-shirts, bring posters with election integrity messages, and provide public comments.
Garland Favorito then announced the upcoming VoterGA press conference on judicial misconduct to be held Tuesday, October 24th where he will provide an overview of how judicial corruption is interfering with the 2024 election cycle, as well as an update on VoterGA litigation efforts.
David Hancock spoke about problems with implementing the Georgia Registered Voter Information System (GARViS), bugs found in the system, and costs (part 1 & part 2). However, he found and shared with us the version of GARViS that works! 😄

In support of true liberty, the Constitution Party of Georgia is committed to achieving full legal personhood for every man, woman, and child in Georgia. To that end the Party has joined over two dozen organizations and leaders to create the Georgians Ending Abortion Coalition to protect preborn children. We shared the Coalition’s presentation to Educate, Expand, and Energize supporters, and Abigail Darnell from the Coalition joined us for a lively discussion and to let us know how we can take action.
The motto of the Constitution Party is “Integrity, Liberty, and Prosperity.” We continued the focus on the integrity of elections with a legal update from Garland Favorito of VoterGA on the Complaint to Ban the Voter Registration Cloud Computing Scheme and the 2020 Fulton County Counterfeit Ballot Inspection Case. Special guest Marly Hornik from Audit NY and United Sovereign Americans discussed the electronic manipulation of voter roll entries and the efforts to correct voter roll records.

He also discussed the USDOJ Indictment of Andre Batista in a bribery scheme that implicates Smartmatic and reminded us of the historic connection of the voting systems.
Christine Propst presented highlights of the October 3rd State Election Board meeting (Part 1) (Part 2). We were also joined by CEO of EagleAI Dr. Rick Richards who demonstrated how EagleAI software can be used by elections staff and citizens to keep our voter rolls clear of ineligible voters.

VoterGA had an eventful week on the road to unplug the Dominion Voting System from Georgia! Garland Favorito discussed a new resolution that any county can use in the effort to unplug their BMDs and scanners.
Then we heard Wayne Canady review his presentation to the counties reminding them of their responsibility to taxpayers and injured voters over the Secretary of State. The lawful remedy he is proposing is for counties to use existing procedures to issue emergency ballots at the polling place. Tim Waters highlighted some important complaints filed with the State Election Board (SEB) including a review of SEB Complaint 2023-025 and the actions we can take in support as concerned citizens.

Wayne County Commissioner Jamie Hickox shared her perspective on taking a stand for citizens’ concerns as county commissioner that inspired her speech about election integrity at the Wayne County Board of Commissioners meeting. And Chris Gleason reported on his investigation where he uncovered Fani Willis connections to massive election fraud and money laundering RICO activities and answered questions regarding his findings.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Garland Favorito presented details of why the Fani Wills criminal racketeering indictment against 19 of her political adversaries is prosecutorial misconduct that warrants impeachment. Garland’s presentation not only exposed the nefarious nature of the prosecution, but also laid out a constitutional and statutory defense against it.
I provided an update on VoterGA’s Save Georgia’s 2024 Election petition campaign to unplug Georgia’s Dominion voting system and switch to secure paper ballots that are hand marked by the voter and hand counted at the polling place. Georgia Freedom Caucus Executive Director Mallory Staples briefed us on the fight to defend those indicted and announced an important press conference this Thursday, September 7th at 11 a.m. in the Capitol. State Senator Colton Moore will call for a Special Session to investigate Fani Willis for abuse of her office.

On Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Garland Favorito announced VoterGA’s press conference in Roswell to reveal misconduct in Fani Willis’s indictment of 19 political adversaries. In that press conference Garland not only reviewed the District Attorney’s malfeasence but suggested an effective legal countermove. Click here to watch the press conference and Q&A segment.
Bill Quinn informed us of the release of True the Vote’s open.ink Special Collection for Georgia featuring information of their findings in Georgia which was used in the 2000 Mules documentary film. He also shared Catherine Engelbrecht’s meeting with SOS Raffensperger where they discussed and he confirmed 67,000 ineligible records in the voter rolls show up as voted in the 2020 general election.
Opponents who resist taking action to investigate election issues are quick to say that there have yet see any evidence of problems. Kevin Moncla from Election Oversight reported on the status of the official complaints he filed to the State Election Board.
During the call we received some updates from the 8th District GOP Fish Fry in Perry, GA where at the last-minute party leadership canceled VoterGA’s paid table reservation, then acted to suppress any organization’s advocacy of election integrity during the event. We’ll hear more details next week.
