Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 6/8/2024
On last Saturday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Catherine Bernard and Tim Adderholdt discussed the felony warrant application affidavit filed against Brad Raffensperger in Cherokee County. Tim’s efforts are an example of how citizens who take an interest in understanding election law and execution can be effective in challenging criminal malfeasance by government officials.
We were also joined by Vernadette Broyles from the Children and Parental Rights Campaign. She provided some real-life examples of how the transgender movement is upending families and how the Campaign is working to defend the rights of parents to protect their children. Vernadette introduced us to the upcoming Children’s, Youth, & Young Adult Pastors Transgender Response Seminar in Norcross.
I provided an update in the Curling v. Raffensperger case, summarizing the Judicial Notice I provided the court regarding the impact of new election integrity laws enacted this year.

On this Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito discussed new evidence from the May 7th State Election Board meeting. We also talked about the lawsuit against Fulton County to make them provide election-related records to the Fulton County Board of Elections before certifying the election.
And Garland reviewed evidence of 2020 election corruption in Fulton County and a brief update on the Harrison Floyd case. Kim Brooks joined us with a summary of voter roll data included in the Kristen Lovell et al v Brad Raffensperger et al case on docket in SCOTUS.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito presented details of Georgia’s cloud-based voter registration system GARVIS failure on Election Day May 21st, and Tamara Favorito reported on voting equipment problems in Bibb and Coffee Counties.
Jared Hooper, the Republican National Committee’s Election Integrity State Director for Georgia, joined to discuss other election day problems involving poll watcher access. Troup County Commissioner candidate April Loftin told us about the hand count approved in her race where two of the candidates received the same total votes. Tania Sosa showed us some inconsistencies in the reporting of election results on the Secretary of State’s website and also shared the results of the statewide Republican and Democrat Parties election integrity questions on the 2024 Primary ballots.
Tamara Favorito resumed her chilling summary of the American Freedom Alliance World War III Xi Conference (click here for the recording). And Ted Metz called in live from the Libertarian Party Convention which featured speakers from other political parties including Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Donald Trump. Election Integrity Update - 5/18/2024
On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Catherine Englebrecht gave us an update from True the Vote and projects that we can all jump into: Scan. Check. Protect. to facilitate checking our voter registration in any state, IV3 to help keep voter rolls accurate, and the 611 Project to respond to non-citizen voting.
Garland Favorito reported from the Georgia GOP State Convention in Columbus where he offered a sold-out seminar on Georgia’s 2024 Landmark Legislative Achievements and presented VoterGA’s Legislative Awards. We also talked about Ed Lindsey's resignation from the State Election Board, his replacement by Janelle King, and the political hit job uncovered by VoterGA in the House District 81 Primary race. Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 5/11/2024
May 8 was Governor Kemp’s deadline to sign or veto the bills passed during the 2024 legislative session into law. On last Saturday’s Tele-town Hall, Georgia’s State Freedom Caucus Director Mallory Staples reported on the fate of bills impacting our liberties, and I provided an update on the successful outcome of our Make Georgia the Election Integrity Leader campaign. David Ellerbrock introduced us to Project Appleseed and their goal to promote civic responsibility through the teaching of colonial history and the American tradition of rifle marksmanship. David Cross discussed last week’s State Election Board (SEB) meetings, especially the outcome of complaint SEB2023-025. Despite finding over 140 violations of state election law, the SEB refused to refer the case to the Attorney General for investigation and the chairman ruled two motions to reconsider out of order. David Hancock spoke about some promising rules changes to the election certification process discussed during the SEB meeting.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito connected us live into a portion of the Divided We Fall conference held in Stone Mountain by Unauthorized. The conference opened with an introduction by Matt Meck (The America Project) and event organizer Tamara Johnson Shealey (former candidate for US Senate). Bishop Leon Benjamin from New Life Harvest Church in Richmond, Virginia opened in prayer and we heard Antonio Jones give a capella performance of the song Go the Distance.
Then cyber-security and election system analyst Mark Cook presented an overview of election vulnerabilities nationwide and demonstrated how a Dominion election database can be hacked to change the results. On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, we highlighted several of the official complaints to be heard by the State Election Board on May 7th: SEB2022-106 regarding the DeKalb County District 2 Commission case, SEB2023-025 regarding the Fulton County votes unsupported by corresponding ballot images, and Garland Favorito’s letter to the State Election Board requesting that they reopen SEB2022-348 to investigate the QR code signature mismatch error that occurred in 65 of 67 Georgia counties surveyed.
Garland also reviewed the benefits of the Election Security bills passed by the Georgia General Assembly (click here for slides); don’t forget to contact the Governor to sign the bills and encourage others to do the same. On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Tele-Town Hall we announced the final push to make Georgia the election integrity leader in the nation. Now Governor Kemp needs to hear from you and at least 5000 Georgians, urging him to sign SB 189 and two other election integrity bills into law before May 8th to improve voter confidence in our elections!

In his presentation Lt. Colonel Bob Goodrich (U.S. Army-Retired), state chairman of the Constitution Party of Pennsylvania, spoke about serving the last 10 years as an elected township supervisor in Osceola and how the party’s principles guide his work within local government. I’ve often stated that the American republic will be restored from the ground up, community by community and Bob provided wisdom and concrete examples of how we can do this in Georgia!
We often speak of the colonial “Black Robed Regiment” and their instrumental role in America’s Founding era. Kevin Parker reported on the recent Liberty Pastors Conference at St. Simon’s Island to educate pastors from around the country about liberty issues that impact their congregation. Please pray for much fruitful ministry and community impact from this effort! And I closed by highlighting how the CP-GA Platform is explicitly built upon the message those pastors received.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Garland Favorito updated us on Jeffrey Clark’s disciplinary hearing in Washington, DC and Garland’s knock out testimony on his behalf. We also heard an update from the Catoosa County GOP candidate qualification fiasco from attorney Christine Lawson. Debbie Fisher filled us in on the State Election Board Emergency Meeting and the complaint regarding Cobb County challenging the State’s district maps with their own Home Rule maps and what is at stake for the upcoming 2024 primary election. Earl Ferguson shared his experience with 1800 voter roll record challenges in Fulton County of voters who moved and voted out of state.
