Election Integrity Update - 12/21/2024
On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update we wrapped up the year with a review of our election integrity efforts and talked about VoterGA’s plans for 2025. Garland shared VoterGA’s 2024 Christmas story and the new volunteer appreciation video.
Garland Favorito discussed the Georgia Appeals Court ruling disqualifying Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her office from prosecuting the election interference case against President Trump. Garland also recounted his experience as expert witness in Brandon Johnson’s disbarment case in Washington, DC where he was called to refute testimony by Charlene McGowan.

On last Saturday’s Tele-town Hall, Garland Favorito reported on the December 11 State Election Board meeting discussing the audit of the ballot images. Noelle Kahaian spoke to us about the ethics complaint filed against her and her experiences so far as a freshman state representative.
Larry Mayo and Morris Webster from Capitol Ministries (CM) informed us of their work reaching out to county and city government officials as public servants for Christ. CM’s studies are designed to mature public servants in the faith, anchor them in God’s truth, provide a steady diet of sound biblical doctrine, help them develop critical discernment to guide and sustain them in office, and help them build a Christian world view.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update we discussed the top 10 legislative initiatives VoterGA will pursue during the 2025-2026 general session. Garland Favorito also presented an overview of the flawed election audit process in Georgia and correct the Secretary of State’s claims regarding the results of the 2024 audits.
We also heard from Marty Waldman, who gave us a status report about Tina Peters’ appeal and informed us of some of the allegations that led to her sentence to serve 9 years in prison.

On this Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito recapped last week’s State Election Board meeting and reported on the first hearing of Jacki Pick’s defamation case against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Jacki Pick is the attorney who presented the State Farm Arena video evidence during the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee hearing on December 3, 2020. She filed suit against Raffensberger for defamation, because in his book Integrity Counts he said the video was deceptively edited.
Mark Davis presented the results of his residency analysis of the 2024 voter roll database and voter history files. Spoiler: it is worse than 2020 data and files. He also informed us of his progress on proposed legislation to mitigate this problem.

On this Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia Tele-Town Hall Garland, Tamara, and I expressed our gratitude to all our supporters who stepped up as poll watchers and poll workers in this general election. After the call I rejoined the Constitution Party National Committee meeting in Raleigh, NC in progress, and in my presentation that afternoon to committeemen and guests did the same and highlighted some of our accomplishments.
Garland Favorito summarized the achievements that helped secure this election and we discussed some of the anomalies and irregularities seen in Georgia. Garland also reflected about what this election year means to VoterGA and the focus of our efforts going forward for further election integrity. We must remain vigilant, and both VoterGA and the Constitution Party of Georgia are ready to serve with you all in advancing election integrity in every county in Georgia.

On last Saturday Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito gave us a recap the press conference held by VoterGA (click for presentation slides) where he and David Cross exposed more evidence that the Georgia Secretary of State certified the wrong winners in the 2020 general election and offered strategies to prevent a faulty certification in this 2024 election.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update we explained the problem with the judge’s order (click here for slides) to block the new State Election Board (SEB) rules and discussed the Georgia Supreme Court decision not to expedite the appeal. Bill Quinn and David Cross joined us to talk about their new lawsuit against the Secretary of State (click here for complaint) for violations of the National Voting Rights Act (NVRA) bloating the voter rolls.
We also gave an update on the AFCEA cybersecurity threat exercise (click here) originally scheduled in Atlanta on Election Day, and announced VoterGA’s press conference to be held on Wednesday, October 30th with Philip Davis where he will present his conclusions from his forensic analysis of the 2020 Georgia general election ballot images.
During the meeting Gwinnett County Board of Elections member David Hancock informed us of some problems reported to the county elections office. Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 10/12/2024

On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Georgia State Representative Charlice Byrd, chair of the Georgia Freedom Caucus (GFC), joined us to discuss the constitutional amendments and referendum question on the general election ballot. She also shared the GFC analysis and recommendation of these items on the ballot. Garland and Tamara Favorito will also review highlights from the October 8th State Election Board meeting, featuring the discussion on the voter rolls and more!
