Election Integrity Update - 11/1/2025

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, attorney Cleta Mitchell reported on the FBI’s release of 200 declassified documents of the Arctic Frost operation where Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice coordinated with district attorneys to prosecute President Trump and supporters. Garland reported on the letter from Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice to Fulton County demanding they fulfill the subpoena for the 2020 election records issued by the State Election Board. Then he also explained VoterGA’s emergency petition for the federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to revoke certification of the Dominion 5.5-A voting system.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito shared VoterGA’s strategic initiative to “dump Dominion” by asking the EAC to vacate their 2019 certification of Dominion Voting Systems. He also told us of VoterGA’s efforts to seek federal intervention to obtain the 2020 election ballots from Fulton County and provided a detailed chronology of the case to acquire copies of those ballots. Also, Tamara Favorito gave us a recap of the State Election Board meeting that was held on October 22nd, including calls asking Chairman Fervier to resign for his actions to prevent investigation of SEB2023-025.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, we discussed how President Trump's comment on Wednesday that he hopes to see the Fulton County 2020 ballots was followed by the notice that a hearing was scheduled for our lawsuit against the clerk of court for violating an ORR for those same ballots.
Bridgett Thorne discussed how she defeated the fake ethics complaint against her by Fulton County Commissioner Dana Barrett.
Garland Favorito recapped the House Blue Ribbon Study Committee meeting held on October 16th in Americus. We highlighted the recommendations from Dr. Jan Johnston with the State Election Board.

On last Saturday’s Tele-Town Hall, Garland Favorito briefed us on the purchase of Dominion Voting Systems by Liberty Vote and answered the top questions about this acquisition.
Ricardo Davis provided a recap of the 2025 All of Life Summit in Atlanta last week. The CP-GA has a strong pro-life platform and works with other organizations such as the Georgians Ending Abortion Coalition to advance legislation to protect children in Georgia. The CP-GA was a sponsor and exhibitor at the event.
Brenda Stoll from Project Student Health Georgia reported on the radical pilot sex ed course in Gwinnett County that promotes birth control and gender ideology. She also informed us how parents can opt their kids out of it.
Jerilyn Gibbs, 2nd Vice Chair of the Chatham County GOP, told us about her efforts and methods in building and growing a network of conservative voters in Chatham County to inform voters and turn out the vote. She currently manages a network of over 1000 contacts!

Garland Favorito gave us the full version of his presentation on Georgia’s voting system security issues. This was the uncut version of his presentation to the House committee members with additional content. On Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Selah Flock, president of the Turning Point USA student chapter in Jefferson City (Jackson County), spoke in memory of Charlie Kirk and shared her experiences with Turning Point USA. Tamara Favorito informed us of President Trump’s speech at the Religious Liberty Commission, announcing protections for the right to pray in schools and his America Prays initiative: an invitation to prayer and rededication of the United States as “One Nation Under God” in preparation for America’s 250th birthday commemorating the signing of the Declaration of Independence. And Garland Favorito wrapped up our meeting with details on the upcoming House Blue-Ribbon Study Committee on Elections meeting on September 18th in Savannah.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, ballot integrity analyst Phillip Davis (@mad_liberals) presented examples of shockingly simple hacks of a ballot marking device to alter ballots, part of his presentation Dominion Touchscreen: Simple Hacks, Daunting Recoveries at the August 9, 2025 DEF CON Voting Village.
Garland and Tamara Favorito joined us from Boston, MA to update us on President Trump’s initiatives to eliminate mail-in ballots and electronic voting, and efforts to free Tina Peters. Tania Sosa and Cindy Youngblood reported on Franklin County’s response to an Open Records Request for 600 dpi copies of original ballots.
And Fulton County GOP Chair Stephanie Endres reported on the Fulton County Republican Party’s saga for representation in the Board of Registration and Elections (BRE). After the Democrat commissioners defied a court order to appoint the Republican nominees to the BRE, the Fulton County GOP filed a motion asking the judge to hold the commissioners in civil and criminal contempt. This motion is scheduled to be heard on Wednesday, August 27th at 10:00 a.m. in Superior Court 1-D of the Fulton County Courthouse. Supporters are encouraged to show up and wear red.
