Election Integrity Update - 11/16/2024
On last Saturday’s Election Integrity update Garland Favorito outlined America’s top 20 election issues and his suggestions on how to solve them for honest, transparent federal elections.

On this Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia Tele-Town Hall Garland, Tamara, and I expressed our gratitude to all our supporters who stepped up as poll watchers and poll workers in this general election. After the call I rejoined the Constitution Party National Committee meeting in Raleigh, NC in progress, and in my presentation that afternoon to committeemen and guests did the same and highlighted some of our accomplishments.
Garland Favorito summarized the achievements that helped secure this election and we discussed some of the anomalies and irregularities seen in Georgia. Garland also reflected about what this election year means to VoterGA and the focus of our efforts going forward for further election integrity. We must remain vigilant, and both VoterGA and the Constitution Party of Georgia are ready to serve with you all in advancing election integrity in every county in Georgia.

On last Saturday Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito gave us a recap the press conference held by VoterGA (click for presentation slides) where he and David Cross exposed more evidence that the Georgia Secretary of State certified the wrong winners in the 2020 general election and offered strategies to prevent a faulty certification in this 2024 election.

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update we explained the problem with the judge’s order (click here for slides) to block the new State Election Board (SEB) rules and discussed the Georgia Supreme Court decision not to expedite the appeal. Bill Quinn and David Cross joined us to talk about their new lawsuit against the Secretary of State (click here for complaint) for violations of the National Voting Rights Act (NVRA) bloating the voter rolls.
We also gave an update on the AFCEA cybersecurity threat exercise (click here) originally scheduled in Atlanta on Election Day, and announced VoterGA’s press conference to be held on Wednesday, October 30th with Philip Davis where he will present his conclusions from his forensic analysis of the 2020 Georgia general election ballot images.
During the meeting Gwinnett County Board of Elections member David Hancock informed us of some problems reported to the county elections office. Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 10/12/2024
On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Georgia State Representative Charlice Byrd, chair of the Georgia Freedom Caucus (GFC), joined us to discuss the constitutional amendments and referendum question on the general election ballot. She also shared the GFC analysis and recommendation of these items on the ballot. Garland and Tamara Favorito will also review highlights from the October 8th State Election Board meeting, featuring the discussion on the voter rolls and more!

On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito discussed VoterGA’s Amicus Brief for DeKalb GOP’s Dominion Encryption Keys Lawsuit heard last Monday.
The State Election Board (SEB) will be hearing Former State Representative Dan Gasaway’s SEB Case 2018-104 complaint on October 8th. Dan joined us to review this important case that involves ineligible voters that changed the outcome of his State House election and a Sheriff’s election. Gasaway’s case was featured in an investigative news report (click here) three years ago. This involved a sitting District Attorney allegedly using the power of his office to cover up felony criminal activity by multiple elected officials, click here for the news report.
There have been reports nationwide regarding the problem of non-citizens voting in U.S. elections; Tania Sosa gave us an overview on how Georgia counties verify the citizenship of new voters.

In addition, Tamara and Garland Favorito reviewed the final rules changes (click here for slides) that will go into effect to secure our elections starting with this November’s general election and summarized Monday’s State Election Board meeting including Jan Johnston’s mission statement and Janelle King’s statement to her colleagues addressing misrepresentations to the media undermining the board’s efforts to secure our elections. Garland also provided an update on how Fulton County is undermining the State Election Board’s monitoring effort. Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 9/14/2024
On last Saturday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall, Marly Hornik co-founder of United Sovereign Americans spoke to us about her organization’s multi-state legal strategy and the lawsuit against Brad Raffensperger, Chris Carr, and Merrick Garland for failing to ensure that voter rolls are maintained properly or that ballots cast and voters voted are correctly reconciled to meet federal and state standards.
Since 1987, National Life Chain has organized believers to gather nationwide on the first Sunday of every October to prayerfully stand for life. Duane Hack, chapter leader of West Georgia Right to Life and sponsor of the Stand for Life event held in Carrollton, joined us to speak about the need to stand and the impact it has on the community. The Constitution Party of Georgia endorses this effort and encourages all our supporters to consider participating this year.
Garland Favorito provided a legal update on Julie Adam’s lawsuit against Fulton County elections involving election records for certification, as well as Jason Frazier and Earl Ferguson’s lawsuit against Fulton County Elections regarding voter registrations. He and Tamara also discussed the State Election Board rule change proposals and discussed how to support them ahead of the September 20th meeting.
