Election Integrity Update - 9/2/2023
On last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Garland Favorito presented details of why the Fani Wills criminal racketeering indictment against 19 of her political adversaries is prosecutorial misconduct that warrants impeachment. Garland’s presentation not only exposed the nefarious nature of the prosecution, but also laid out a constitutional and statutory defense against it.
I provided an update on VoterGA’s Save Georgia’s 2024 Election petition campaign to unplug Georgia’s Dominion voting system and switch to secure paper ballots that are hand marked by the voter and hand counted at the polling place. Georgia Freedom Caucus Executive Director Mallory Staples briefed us on the fight to defend those indicted and announced an important press conference this Thursday, September 7th at 11 a.m. in the Capitol. State Senator Colton Moore will call for a Special Session to investigate Fani Willis for abuse of her office.

On Saturday’s Election Integrity Update Garland Favorito announced VoterGA’s press conference in Roswell to reveal misconduct in Fani Willis’s indictment of 19 political adversaries. In that press conference Garland not only reviewed the District Attorney’s malfeasence but suggested an effective legal countermove. Click here to watch the press conference and Q&A segment. 
Bill Quinn informed us of the release of True the Vote’s open.ink Special Collection for Georgia featuring information of their findings in Georgia which was used in the 2000 Mules documentary film. He also shared Catherine Engelbrecht’s meeting with SOS Raffensperger where they discussed and he confirmed 67,000 ineligible records in the voter rolls show up as voted in the 2020 general election.
Opponents who resist taking action to investigate election issues are quick to say that there have yet see any evidence of problems. Kevin Moncla from Election Oversight reported on the status of the official complaints he filed to the State Election Board.
During the call we received some updates from the 8th District GOP Fish Fry in Perry, GA where at the last-minute party leadership canceled VoterGA’s paid table reservation, then acted to suppress any organization’s advocacy of election integrity during the event. We’ll hear more details next week.

We had an eventful last week for Election Integrity! Garland Favorito detailed VoterGA’s legal win against Fulton County lawfare in the Phil Chen Fulton School Board District 7 2022 Primary Election Challenge case (click for video of the hearing) heard on Monday, August 14th. He also discussed the charges listed in the Fulton County Grand Jury’s Fulton County Grand Jury's indictments of President Trump and the 18 election integrity allies. And Tamara Favorito joined him to report highlights from Mike Lindell’s 2023 Election Summit. Election Integrity Update - 8/5/2023
VoterGA continues to work towards our shared goal to unplug Dominion Voting Systems from Georgia. On Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, Garland Favorito presented a case status update of VoterGA’s active lawsuits featuring the lawsuit to ban the Dominion system that is now in the Georgia Supreme Court and provided a summary of VoterGA’s major findings. He also discussed the amazing Georgia State Election Board meeting from August 1st and we heard speeches by Michelle Cobb, David Cross, and Linda Menk. Election Integrity Update - 7/29/2023
The grassroots continue the pressure at the local and state level to unplug Georgia’s Dominion voting system. Garland Favorito discussed the fallacies of trying to patch the Dominion system (press release) (video). Roy McClain, secretary of the Spalding County Board of Elections, provided a status update on the motions in Spalding County to amend the county’s election procedures with a hand count of the paper ballots prior to certification in order to verify the tabulator results. Election Integrity Update - 7/15/2023
We share a goal to restore trusted elections in Georgia and to that purpose Garland Favorito shared a new presentation: Empowering County Officials with the Legal Authority to Unplug the Dominion Voting System. Garland provided slides and suggested scripts for you and fellow supporters in your county to use when speaking to your Board of Commissioners and Board of Elections.
David Cross reported on the progress in Spalding County to move to a more transparent voting system and an action item for citizens to speak about election integrity to their county commissioners and state representatives. See the call to action below.
Garland reviewed the provisions included in the American Confidence in Elections Act to bring transparency to our elections and why VoterGA supports this Federal legislation introduced by the Committee on House Administration last week.
Beth Majeroni gave details from Chatham County where she was removed from her county Board of Elections meeting after demanding compliance with a Grand Jury order for the release of election records. Sarah Thompson gave us an update from Bulloch and the reviewed the spoiled ballot argument in her election challenge.

On yesterday’s Statewide Tele-Town Hall Caleb Hays, General Counsel & Deputy Staff Director of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on House Administration (CHA), discussed the American Confidence in Elections Act, the new federal election integrity bill. Caleb took questions from listeners, and announced the Committee’s Press Conference on the bill happening Monday, July 10th at 11:30 a.m. at the Marietta Diner at 306 Cobb Pkwy S, Marietta, GA 30060. We need as many election integrity activists to attend the Press Conference and/or the CHA Full Committee Field Hearing on Monday, July 10th at 2:30 pm at the Champions Club Parc Stadium 755 Hank Aaron Dr. SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. The hearing will also be live streamed at this link and on YouTube.
In advancing its platform the Constitution Party of Georgia supports leaders who are exercising our God-given liberties to restore our republic. On this Tele-Town Hall Mike Ring, CEO of Old Glory Bank, highlighted the importance of cancel-free banking in today’s culture. Rhonda Thomas, president of Truth In Education and advisor with Public School Exit reported on exposing the fraudulent “education system” and helping families and communities replace it with real education. And Harvey Wysong, former National Spokesman with the Fully Informed Jury Association, helped equip us all to responsibly serve on a trial jury.

Election Integrity Update - 6/24/2023
We saw a lot of election integrity action last week! Julie Adams from Tea Party Patriots reported on the outcome of Jason Frazier’s re-nomination to the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Election on the June 21st Fulton County Board of Commissioners meeting. Jason’s nomination by the Fulton GOP received heavy backlash from leftist activist groups due to his work challenging illegal voter roll entries and submitting corrections to incorrect entries.
Ted Metz reported on the State Election Board hearing on June 20 (day 1) and June 21 (day 2) where several election claims and petitions were reviewed including the official complaint on the lined paper ballot in Spalding, questions involving the Dominion Voting System update, and the petition by Marilyn Marks and the Coalition for Good Governance to address voting system vulnerabilities.
We also heard from Garland Favorito who first gave us a recap of the GOP Convention where concern over election integrity was at the forefront. He followed with his response to the release Halderman Report by fact-checking "Setting the Election Security Record Straight", the Secretary of State’s letter to the Georgia Assembly and election directors. Garland shared his response letter to election directors and fact-check documentation showing that Secretary Raffensperger’s pants are on fire. He also reviewed the problems of the MITRE report. The latest development in the Curling, et. al. v. Raffensperger lawsuit was unsealing of the 96-page “Halderman Report” that describes numerous security gaps affecting Dominion touchscreen voting equipment used in Georgia and other states. Garland Favorito reviewed the key vulnerabilities uncovered in the report which must be dealt with prior to the 2024 election cycle. Dr. Halderman has posted a summary of the Report’s findings to share.
