Election Integrity Update - 1/31/2026
On Saturday’s Election Integrity Update, we were thrilled to have State Election Board Vice Chair Dr. Jan Johnston join us to share her perspective on this groundbreaking week in the fight for election integrity in Georgia. After 5 years of persistent efforts, including VoterGA's key 2020 lawsuit preserving these records, Fulton County has finally been compelled to hand over the 2020 election materials. As many of you know, the FBI executed a search warrant and seized approximately 700 boxes of 2020 Fulton County election materials, including ballots and related documents. These have been transported to Virginia for analysis.

Statewide Tele-Town Hall - 1/10/2026
On last Saturday’s Constitution Party of Georgia (CP-GA) Statewide Tele-Town Hall, we heard valuable insights directly from grassroots leaders on key priorities we'll be tracking and advocating for throughout the 2026 Georgia legislative session which begins on January 12th. Featured speakers were:
- Garland Favorito (VoterGA) — Shared important recommendations to secure elections in Georgia, including unplugging the voting system and an independent State Election Board.
- Tamara Favorito (VoterGA) — Provided an update on the legal status of Tina Peters, whose appeal hearing is scheduled for this Wednesday (January 16, 2026, at 2:30 PM MT) in the Colorado Court of Appeals. We can watch the livestream of that hearing here.
- Mallory Staples (Georgia Freedom Caucus) — Discussed the Freedom Caucus's initiatives and top legislative priorities, focusing on tax reductions, election security, HOA exemptions, and other conservative policies.
- Brooke Hampton (Georgia Right to Life)/Ricardo Davis (CP-GA) — Outlined efforts to protect the unborn in the upcoming session. And they announced the upcoming GRTL Capitol Breakfast & Tour and the Stand for Life Memorial and March on January 30th.
Sandi Marcus (Georgia Coalition For Vaccine Choice) was unfortunately unable to join us, so her updates on health freedom and medical choice were not presented. We'll work to share any relevant developments from that space as they become available.
This was a great opportunity to connect with and hear from these dedicated grassroots voices about how we're collectively fighting for election security, limited government, and the sanctity of life during this legislative session.
