Here’s a recap of last Saturday’s Election Integrity Update.
Garland Favorito provided highlights of the State Election Board (SEB) February meetings held February 18th and February 19th, and announced his new SEB complaint against Fulton County for claiming four times in response to his 2024 and 2025 ORRs that they did not have the same ballots the FBI confiscated in 2026. Due to technical difficulties Brant Meadows was unable to join us to discuss his lawsuit against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Calls to Action
Demand hand-marked paper ballots & public hand counts in Georgia this session.
- Click here to urge lawmakers to unplug unreliable tech and secure our elections.
Just as the State Election Board has begun delivering timely oversight and accountability, the proposed state budget would cut funding by over 40%.
- Click here to urge lawmakers to oppose these cuts and fully fund the SEB.
The Board of Commissioners (BOC) vote to reject both Republican nominees to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections (FCBRE) is both unlawful, partisan and unethical. And now that the Fulton County Republican Party (FCRP) has sued the BOC to do its duty, the BOC’s attorney is using every legal tactic to delay. The Georgia Court of Appeals recently denied the BOC’s request for oral arguments, so a ruling is expected. The BOC attorney is prepared to take this matter to the Georgia Supreme Court!
- Click here to demand the Fulton County Commissioners to stop delaying and Appoint Jason Frazier and Re-appoint Julie Adams to the FCBRE now.
