The Constitution Party is the only national political party that affirms that the full authority and responsibility for the education of children rests with their parents. We recognize that federal involvement in education is unconstitutional, and call for the abolition of the U.S. Department of Education and all other federal agencies, boards, and entities engaged in such intrusion.
