On August 28, Woody Holmes, the host of "The Vocal Majority" radio talk show, will interview Ricardo Davis, state chairman of the Constitution Party of Georgia. "The Vocal Majority" can be heard on WAEC-AM 860 in Atlanta from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. The radio station can also be heard over the Internet at http://www.streamingfaith.com.
Mr. Holmes will question Davis about the Democrat Party's new platform, the platform hearings now occuring at the Republican Party's National Convention, and the Constitution Party's 2004 platform.
Mr. Davis noted, "I am asked regularly why the Constitution Party is needed. Some fear the surge of interest in the party may draw voters that traditionally vote Republican or Democrat. That fear has its roots in those other parties' consistent track record in fueling the moral and economic malaise in America."
From illegal immigration and amnesty, to the War in the Middle East, to ever expanding federal budgets, to the increasing export of professional service jobs overseas, Woody Holmes will find out where the Constitution Party stands on the major issues in the 2004 Elections at the national and state level. Mr. Holmes expects quite a response from listeners who are supporters of the major parties. The Constitution Party was formed to elect candidates at all levels of government who will uphold the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. It is our goal to limit the federal government to those functions enumerated in the Constitutional and to restore American law to its Biblical foundation.
